The Church Mouse Boutique Thrift Shop opened in 2004 to serve the community with high-quality goods at low costs. Its purpose is to provide funding for local and global missions, as well as to support a multitude of Beaufort and Jasper county non-profit organizations.

Second Helpings

HELPING TO CHANGE THE WORLD RIGHT HERE AT HOME

Second Helpings is a non-profit food rescue and distribution network striving to eliminate hunger in the South Carolina Lowcountry. They collect and distribute food that would otherwise end up in landfills.

Their 341 volunteers supply 55 non-profit food pantries, soup kitchens, agencies, and churches in Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper counties. With the Church Mouse’s help, they feed more than 19,000 hungry people in our community every week. Many of them work in the hospitality industry, making our paradise possible for local residents and visitors.
